Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried oats
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix dried oats, flax seed meal, crunchy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla together in a bowl.
- Add chocolate chips and mix with hands until fully incorporated.
- Line a plate with parchment paper.
- Roll batter into 2 inch balls.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
