Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Chop 1 head of cauliflower and place it into a food processor for 3 minutes on high.
- Place riced cauliflower into a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Crack eggs into a bow and whisk.
- Add garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and cheese into the eggs and stir.
- After cooling the cauliflower for 15 minutes, place a towel over a bowl and scoop the cauliflower into it.
- Wrap the cauliflower in the towel and squeeze out any excess water.
- Unwrap the cauliflower and place it into the bowl with the egg mixture and stir.
- Place onto a lined baking sheet.
- Form crust into a circle and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
- After 20 minutes remove crust from the oven and place tomato sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes, cool, and enjoy!
